Curriculum
The Victor School prides itself on the rigor of its curriculum, which is aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and which differs from public school curricula only in the differentiation of instructional methods used to meet the individual needs of students as outlined in their IEPs. Students receive instruction in the core subjects of English, Math, History and Science, as well as Physical Education. Elective courses, such as Art, Music, Computers, and Academic Support are also available. Students participate in the required MCAS assessments for each grade, and can also take part in PSAT and SAT testing, if interested.
Parents
The Victor School sponsors an active Parent Advisory Group, which meets quarterly to provide information and request parent input into planning and programming. Parents are considered valuable members of the team.
