Designing Learning that Lasts
With extensive experience in curriculum development, Realize Resources creates curricula and effective learning tools that build sustainable skills, knowledge, and systems. We develop curricula geared to frontline staff, community members, mid-level clinicians, managers, executive directors and high-level governmental officials.
Our curriculum development experts work alongside your content-area experts to design user-friendly curricula that are rooted in principles of adult learning.
Realize Resources can help you successfully pilot the new curricula via our train the trainer workshops and consultative services which could include coaching or co-facilitation support. Through development of formalized curricula your organization will be better equipped to:
- Engage participants in learning
- Respond to the needs of your organization resulting in higher quality services
- Build training participant skill and knowledge
- Generate productive discussions
- Ensure delivery of consistent and accurate information
- Create long-term learning resources
- Support facilitators of the curricula
