First Connections is a non-profit, family support organization that provides comprehensive services to families with infants and young children. Funded through a Coordinated Family and Community Engagement Grant, First Connections together with the Early Childhood Council provides support to families with children birth through school age in twelve metro-west communities including Acton, Bedford, Boxborough, Carlisle, Concord, Harvard, Lincoln, Littleton, Maynard, Stow, Sudbury, and Westford as well as Hanscom Air Force Base.
