Clinical Services - Clinicians work closely with the Residential, Educational, Nursing and Psychiatry departments to provide a continuum of care. Clinicians at Cohannet Academy provide the following services; Weekly individual therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma psychoeducation, Family and Group Therapy, Psychopharmacological Consultation and Transition Planning.

Milieu Services- Residential counselors work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide continuous therapeutic support. Those supports include the following; Individual meetings with Primary Counselors, Highly structured programming, Weeky community outings, Homework help and tutoring, Evening leisure groups, Medical Services, Crisis intervention/prevention, incentive plans, Community meetings, Multidisciplinary Team meetings, Implementation of Treatment plans, Life Skills/PAYA instruction and Collaboration with parents and service providers.

Educational Services- Cohannet Academy's school is operated by Hampshire Educational Collaborative under the Massachusetts DESE. During class time, students continue to receive support in working on their treatment goals. Each resident works with her teachers to work on educational goals, problem-solve school difficulties, plan for educational transitions, develop independence skills, or receive tutoring.
