A complex network of funding supports ALP services, including HOPWA and SHP funding from Boston's Department of Neighborhood Development; HOPWA funding from several other regional HOPWA grantees (including Lowell, Worcester, and Providence); HOPWA funding directly from HUD as part of a Special Project of National Significance; and state dollars through the Department of Public Health HIV/AIDS Bureau.
