Program RISE is a multi-service component of JRI Health, serving the MetroWest area (Framingham, Marlborough, Milford and surrounding towns. Formerly Health Awareness Services, we offer both HIV Client Services and Preventive Health Care:

• Case Management Services for people living with HIV/AIDS
• Peer Support Groups for people living with HIV/AIDS
• HIV Prevention and Screening, including Testing for HIV/AIDS (Free and available to all)
• Counseling and Testing for Sexually Transmitted Diseases (to begin Summer 2011)
