STEPhttp://www.jri.org/step/ This program provides comprehensive residential services in homes for Rhode Island adults with developmental disabilities. The project is designed to set a new standard of care for individuals with clinically challenging profiles. Our methodology is primarily reliant on a cognitive/behavioral model, integrated with the principles of Dialectical Behavioral Treatment, and adapted to the person with cognitive limitations.
