River Street Community

River Street Community (RSC) is JRI Health's oldest congregate supportive housing program for people living with HIV disease. RSC provides supportive services and subsidized housing for up to thirteen individuals in dedicated two-story apartment building in Mattapan, owned by the Boston Housing Authority. Based upon individualized service plans, our on-site staff provide customized support and case management to previously homeless, disabled adults living with HIV disease, who are often living with co-existing disabilities including addiction, mental illness, and other cognitive or physical impairments.
