The Housing Options Program (HOP)https://www.jri.org/housingoptions/ The Housing Options Program (HOP) is based upon the successful scattered-site supportive housing model developed at ALP. Through individualized direct service and/or collaboration with other service providers (including DMH, DMR, and MRC), HOP provides rental subsidies, housing search, and ongoing case management/stabilization services to approximately 250 individuals living with disabilities other than HIV disease, including mental illness, mental retardation, head injuries, and addiction.
